Community of Practice Host(s): Allison Greaves, is a lifelong learner with a passion for people! She founded BuildingWell after recognizing the need for support in the industry. She holds a diploma in HR Management, is a CPHR Candidate, serves as a Director on the Vancouver Island Construction Association Board, and currently works as the HR Manager at Durwest Construction Management. Allison’s goal is to see her colleagues in the industry thrive and succeed thanks to a network of individuals with a common goal.
Community of Practice Host(s): Alana Marks, CPHR, has a passion for people, teams, and community-driven collaboration. She holds a degree in Psychology and Ethics, a certificate in Paramedicine, a post-degree diploma in Human Resources and Leadership, and she is a proudly designated CPHR. Alana currently works as the VP of People and Culture for Argo Blockchain, and she’s eagerly dreaming up new ways to connect, learn, and grow with the amazing group of people in the BuildingWell Community of Practice
