The importance of Recognition
Location: Zoom details to follow
Date: May 26, 2022, 12:00 – 1:30
Sincere recognition is one of the most powerful ways to let an employee know they are valued and their work matters. Join us as we welcome Jocelin Caldwell, CPHR, HR Consultant & Owner of Reimagine Work, as she discusses the importance of recognition and shares a look into a recognition ‘toolkit’ and benefits of the shared resource. She will also share how (and why!) the toolkit is focused on providing a variety of ways to provide timely, meaningful and relevant recognition as well as suggestions for how to cultivate a culture of recognition in your team. You are guaranteed to takeaway useable tools and tips that can be put into action immediately!
Jocelin has over 15 years of HR and operations experience managing large contracts, working collaboratively on management teams, supervising, and motivating staff, recruiting at every level, and building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Jocelin has assisted numerous clients with recruitment and selection, terminations, return to work, policy development, organizational career management, and performance management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification with the International Coaching Federation.
