Onboarding Roundtable

Location: Zoom details to follow

Onboarding is also known as Organizational Socialization. What a term! What does it mean? How do you do it? Join hosts Allison Greaves and Alana Marks to explore the ever evolving world of Onboarding & Construction. We will explore both the Durwest Construction and Atlas Engineered Products onboarding processes and then open it up to a roundtable for feedback and discussion. What has been working for you? What are your challenges? And how have you navigated the world of ‘Virtual Onboarding’?
