The relationship between Human Resources and construction is rapidly evolving. Many construction and construction related companies find themselves in the dark when it comes to HR practices and how to implement them into a centuries old industry. BuildingWell is a group of HR Professionals here to support individuals who find themselves tasked with doing so. Often we work independently in an undefined world, we are here to support and share.
